The magazine is intended to reinforce the special bond between the San Francisco Giants and their fans by informing, enlightening and otherwise familiarizing fans with members of the team and the organization at large, as well as enhancing the fans' game-day experience though articles, informational graphics and photo essays.
EXECUTION:
Through the use of feature-length profiles and shorter, get-to-know-you pieces, fanspizpare introduced to a side of Giants players they rarely see on the field. Other pieces throughout the magazine contextualize how the team and its members compare to other teams, help fans better understand the game and its history, and raise awareness of the team's community service efforts within its local community.
RESULTS:
The Giants magazine has been extremely successful in raising awareness about the organization and engaging season ticket holders and fans.
